Additionally, it is equipped with a tank with a capacity of 10 L allowing you to cook up to 14 kg of fries per hour. It includes temperature control with adjustable thermostat and a drain valve with gooseneck and safety valve. Furthermore, it is equipped with an on/off switch, a safety cut-off, and a cold zone. It also has self-locking removable resistances with a power of 7.5 kW.
