Double Induction Cooktop Black Line

Ideal for catering professionals, this Double Induction Cooktop Black Line has dimensions of L 608 X P 370 X H 61 mm. It connects to 230 V and reaches a power of 3500 W.

This Cooktop with a modern and elegant design is perfectly suited for an open kitchen "Open Kitchen". It is ultra-flat with a structure in stainless steel with black coating. Its surface is made of vitroceramic with an integrated digital display screen.

This cooking tool features touch screen controls with adjustable power or temperature in 9 levels. When the boost function is activated, part of the power from the right cooktop temporarily transfers to the left cooktop, producing 1700 W to 2000 W. The left cooktop can provide a power of 1800 W or 2000 W.

The temperature range of this Cooktop is from 35 °C to 240 °C. It is suitable for pots and pans with a bottom diameter between 120 and 230 mm.

Additionally, it features a timer functionality for 0 - 180 minutes. Safe, it is also equipped with electronic protection against overheating.
