Ideal for catering professionals, this Planetary Mixer is suitable for intensive use. It has a stainless steel bowl with a capacity of 20 L. It allows mixing up to 5 Kg of flour. With dimensions L 500 x D 560 x H 880 mm, it is equipped with 3 speeds: 197, 317, and 462 revolutions per minute. 

The structure of the mixer is made of high-quality cast steel. Its cover is injection molded and its safety cover is designed in chrome wire. Robust and durable, this mixer can be used safely, especially thanks to its safety switches and overload protection. Thus, its safety switches work for the height but also for the presence of the bowl. 

Easy to use, its control panel is mechanical. In addition, it is equipped with a handle allowing the bowl to be lifted into place. 

Sold with a bowl, a beater, a whisk, and a stainless steel spiral.
